Pricing
$0. Listing a device is free.
The fees are deducted from the final payout to the seller upon a successful completion of sale.
Device Trade charges 20% of your final sale price.
You are also charged the shipping fee (dependent on where the seller is based).
You will know the exact amount you will receive before accepting the offer from the buyer and you will not pay anything until you get your payout.
$0. You pay the price agreed between seller and buyer.
The seller is responsible for the shipping cost. (*unless otherwise stated on the listing)

Sellers are obligated to complete the sale when a buyer makes a purchase. However, we understand that there may be circumstances in which you change your mind. If you still want to sell but have changed your mind on the price let us know and we will communicate with the buyer on your behalf.
If you no longer want to sell the device we will inform the buyer and remove your listing.
Buyers have 3 days to inspect the device and accept it, if the item is different to what was listed then the buyer has the right to return.
Device Trade will pay to return it to the seller and refund the buyer. Your device will need to be edited for accuracy and can then be re-listed and available for sale again.
Device Trade is the most convenient way of selling your used devices. We take care of the listing, handle buyer interactions, assist with shipping, and securely hold funds for you.
Buyers have 3 days to inspect the device and confirm that it is as-listed. Once they accept the device, payment is released (minus our 20% fee and the shipping cost).

Device Trade does not offer direct warranty. However, there are select devices where we have relationships and you can get re-certified for no cost, allowing you access to purchase one.

The seller decides whether they want to re-certify. Some devices require it in order to purchase consumables. Others, we have a relationship where you are re-certified for free. This is device dependent.
No. The seller pays for shipping. (in rare cases this does not apply but it will be stated on the listing)
1. Payment is held with Device Trade until the item has been received and accepted by the buyer.
2. Once the buyer receives the device, they have 3 days to check it is as-listed.
3. Once the buyer accepts the device or 3 days have passed payment will be released to the seller.
If the buyer chooses to offer a different price to what is listed the seller can accept or decline. The have 24 hours to do this.
If the seller declines the offer you will receive an email stating the offer has been declined.
If the Seller accepts the offer within the 24 hour period your card will be charged and you will recieve and email that the offer has been accepted.
Buyer can purchase the device at the listed price or the Buyer can make another offer.
IIf you change your mind within 24 hours then we can at our discretion cancel the order. Outside of the 24 hours the sale is binding.
Within 24 hours, before the device has been shipped, the Buyer can cancel an order and request a refund. If your device has been shipped the Buyer is obligated to to proceed with the sale.
If an item received is not as described in the listing, the buyer may request a full refund within 3 days of receipt of the item. Please email us and we will assist with the return. Device Trade does not release payment until the item is delivered and the buyer confirms it is as specified.

- Changed mind
- It has arrived as-listed
- Return request made more than 3 days after received
